MAKE IT
Step 1
Heat water and butter in a saucepan until butter is completely melted; stir in 3 tablespoons sugar until dissolved. Stir in salt and flour.
Step 2
Remove saucepan from heat; stir in beaten egg.
Step 3
Fill pastry bag with mixture; pipe churros onto a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Fry churros in oil or in an air fryer until golden brown. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; sprinkle churros with cinnamon-sugar while still warm.
Step 5
Melt morsels in a double boiler; stir in Media Crema.
Step 6
Serve churros with chocolate sauce.
